Yvonne Kroon is a fantastic facilitator who knows how to ask the right questions to get the right answers out of people so hopefullly they have learnt from the answers provided. The course material is very relevant to any Manager in any business, i would find it very hard to believe if some one said they did not learn from or grow from the LMA courses.|I found i learnt the most from module 4 the art of Delegation. I always delegate but the harder tasks i have always had the attitude that it would be quicker if i did the task myself rather than delegate it and have to explain the process to my staff. How ever this module has made me realise i was not only wasting my time but by delegating the more complex tasks i was giving my staff members the feeling i beleived in their abilities and therefore motivating them to achieve and receive positive feedback from me.
