Group Sessions lead by Jennifer was the most enjoyable part of the course. The content of the material was very good and interesting.|Some of the measurable results include:|- increased confidence in my abilities as a leader|- establishment of the procedures for the team that has increased efficiency and assisted with defining expectations on both side|- we identified opportunities for other improvements in the team/firm processes|- delegate 70% of my current workflow, comparing to 30-40% that was delegated before||I have accomplished all of win-win goals(delegation, planning process for the team and maintaining a feedback log) which resulted in the abovelisted outcomes.
