Great corse extremely relevant for my current role|Facilitator Susan Judd was brilliant to work with and when I got to the stage that I was unsure of my Goals she sat with me and we nutted them out and Susan gave me the tools to develop this.|I have come away with a clear direction on how to work forward using WIN WIN goals and focus goals|Also using diary each day and taking time out to plan.|Incorporate my staff more and ask open ended questions so we are working as a team towards our business plan.|Thankyou for a great experience and a great group of people in our group made each LMA day a enjoyable course.
