Based on the theory, I have done a similar course like this before, covering topics such as setting goals, time management, communication and effective leadership. The difference I found with this course was it was about focusing on being pro-active and showing the results. It is a practical course in this sense that it encourages you to “put your money where your mouth is” and prove that you are producing effective and relevant goals, how you are managing your time, what steps are you taking to improve your communication skills and be an effective leader.
