Whilst undertaking this course i really enjoyed the workshops and hearing the views and different ideas from the other members of the course. It was interesting to see how different businesses run yet the basics of good management remain the same. Good time management, good communication, good feedback and keeping up with demands and productivity of the business. I have learned a considerable amount in terms of how to work with poeple and get the best out of each and every one of them. i have been promoted from a leading hand to a shift supervisor during the course of this study and i think i owe it all to the training i have received.
