This course really got me to think in a different way. To think above the line and find what my performance edge is, for whatever goal i want to achieve. During the course our whole work place benefited from myself and my manager completing the course. The skills we learnt helped us to improve our communication within the whole workplace. It helped us to realise what we should be spending our time working on and what we can be empowering our staff to complete on their own.
