Towards the end of the course the number of participants diminished, this was sad in itself, but it gave a change to get to know those who remained where otherwise I would have had little to no interaction with them.||I like that this course gave me the incentive to take my ideas and implement them. even though they were small ideas they aid us every day by simplifying our work load.|I created a record keeping system for the establishment, amendment and completion of individual jobs. I wrote a few subprograms that automated tasks, resulting in less errors and time saved.|I reduced the environmental foot print and simplified our timesheet submittal process.
