For me the major things I took out from the course was an understanding of how important the following four aspects were – goal setting, time management, communication & coaching & support.|With this improved understanding I have given each more focus each day. Likewise the course provided me a greater insight of managing and leading and functional team and what I can do motivate that team to success. During the course my team transformed from a merging team to a performing team, with much improved communication to all stakeholders, which assist in driving improved sales & financial outcomes for our business and our retail partners. On a personal front I am now setting focus goals which is resulting in greater outcomes at home
