The most enjoyable aspect was the interaction with other members undertaking the course. Measurable tasks include the workplace project and documenting the procedures for my other role in the organisation. Both of these have been used in the workplace by other team members. Personal goals were achieved that may not have been completed if not documented! I rode my bike up Rockley Mountain and also to Canberra, that was a HUGE achievement.
