The course was very challenging and made me think about how I do things and target areas that are worth spending more time on. One of the most valuable things has been getting to know the rest of my workmates during this course and keep in contact with them to keep up to date with whats going on around the country. I have completed sales during the course and I have been more aware of how the sale is progressing and know what to do at certain stages
