The most enjoyable aspects of the course were the group discussions. The other members of the group all provided valuable insight, honest feedback and entertaining examples which are often front of mind when I am dealing with similar situations. The course has given me confidence and guidance, and established valuable habits to assist me with time management, delegation and particularly decision making. The concepts are sound, and the principles, while obvious, have been reinforced in a meaningful and relevant way so that I can apply them on a daily basis when doing my job.
