Interaction and exchange of ideas with other course participants. It is elucidating to share the different range of responses/priorities from other course participants. The exchange of points of view and experience throws one’s mind open to new perspectives. This is exciting and provided a great learning environment. Peter was good at drawing out all opinions and input from all participants so everyone was confident in sharing.
