The course was great in that all modules were able to be applied immediately and directly to your place. I also found the online assignment system made it easy to keep up to date and complete work. The traffic lights were a terrific driver to keep on top.||My change project and win-win goals allowed me to implement some fantastic improvements to our work place; in particular our on-line application process is now well on the way to being introduced and my Emergency Call Out process has resolved some long term operational problems.
