My main learning was that to achieve my goals it pays to plan that is SMART, to succeed by defining the goal objectives,benefits, problems and solutions, employing specific action steps asking open and affirmations to get you through the tough periods.|Leadership, improved communications through asking open ended questions, listening, facilitating, let go of the outcome and lead by example and finally the importance of being transformational not transnational.|Problem solving and decision, learning about the 6 head method opened up a whole new way of looking at problems and seeing them as opportunities to solve. Also useful in a workshop environment.|There’s much much more and has opened my eyes in so many ways. Thank You.
