The combination of the facilitator, course coach and mentor gave the support and direction required to complete the course. The facilitators ability to enable the participants to share their challenges, successes and ideas so that the group had the opportunity to learn from each other. This could have been a negative exercise but was directed into a constructive discussion.||The willingness of the group to share their challenges and seek feedback from others. Having a diverse group of people, from different sectors and management levels, demonstrated that the same issues are encountered in a wider setting. Also demonstrated that the course is relevant to a wide group of participants.
