Using team mebers for planning jobs instead of relying on me making it easier for myself. |Giving negative feedback was a good example putting ourselves in life like situation and dealing with it how to talk to team members without getting worked up and keeping conversation at normal level not letting team mebers get to you also “above the line” approach has been good and even keeping team members above the line pulling them back into line when they over step the mark. |By setting goals is giving me the motivation to get them done in the date set and acheiving that.|I have better public speaking skills now since course has started and getting up in front of class is not a problem now where i was nervous at start of course and being able to assist each other with sections of module when we were finding it difficult.
