The most enjoyable part of the course was stepping away from the busy day-to-day of my job and really getting time to focus on development for both myself and then the flow on effect for the team.|The most measurable result that i was able to see was the increase in my confidence. I have never done a course like this before, it’s not like the material was revolutionary, but the way it made me look at different challenges and situations really opened my eyes. My response to things now as opposed to before the course has changed significantly. I think i have realised my potential much more and have a lot more faith that the decisions i make are the right ones and can have a positive influence, not only at work but in my personal life as well.
