My Workplace and Win-Win projects were personal as well as work related successes and the LMA Course was a good instigator and motivator to start and achieve the required goal. I found the module sessions with Bill very enjoyable as he made them interesting and evoked good discussions on the subjects. Overall I believe both Cert 3 and 4 courses will be of a great benefit to the Brisbane Print Centre. They have highlighted for me personally that “Communication” is the key to success.
