The most enjoyable aspects of the course were based around the interaction with other departmental staff and seeing things from their perspective and hearing their concerns and problems. ||I did get the most enjoyment out of watching my mentees grow throughout the course and deliver their presentations. This was up until recently a most satisfying experience.
