I found the course a breath of fresh air in the recent times of negative environments and it it is refreshing to have the News put so much emphasis on training its team members. The LMA course will have an impact on leading the Townsville Print Centre into the future and we have already seen the inprovements from the course. The 5s programme was an obvious success and we have had other projects with the trimmer and Lat as well as training that have helped to improve the standard of quality. My goal was to do with the training of the team members on the press and this is ongoing as it will take time but i have learnt through the course that time management is very important and have blocked out time to dedicate to the training.
