So many great outcomes as a result of completing this course.||Through the change project I built a stronger relationship with my team. I’m getting alot of satisfaction through encouraging and motivating others. I have also found confidence within to deal with issues and I suspect I will heading back to my leadership manuals for reference in the future. Through goal setting I have found direction and identifying HPA’s I have found focus. I have realised having alot of sliightly stretched win/win goals sends you on the right path.||Some of the issues I previously dreaded I now embrace as a challenge and find a great sense of satisfaction in sucessfully achieving them. During the LMA course my job was made redundant and I was successful in new senior role the company had offered. Special thanks to Bill Mason even though he got lucky twice with South Sydney beating the Titans – good luck with the scratch it.
