This course for me came a very good time for me as we were going through big changes in our department with a new a Computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) being introduce as well as team leader staffing levels being reduced. This course has helped me understand how people deal with these changes within our department and how I could best help my team cope with these changes.|We still have a way to go with more shift changes yet to happen but now I have the tools to manages these changes better.
