One of the most important things i got out of this course was ‘working above the line’. I now make sure i look at every activity with an above the line attitude and try and install this philosophy into my workers. Creating a better work place. Before this it was very easy to get negative about things at work, bringing the whole environment down.||another was getting more organised. Not only am i more organised, efficient and produce a better product at work, I am also a lot more organised at home, giving myself a lot more free time to spend with my son.||I also really enjoyed how it was tailored to Nilsen and getting a better understanding of the roles and responsibilities of managers and staff at the office, that we as workers don’t usually get.
