I enjoyed the first half of the course which made me concentrate more on me and help me identify the areas that I need to improve, which will be addressed at my end of year employee development review.|I have been able to alter some of my work practices using the principles learnt to produce a more productive me as well as pass on some of my learning’s to fellow staff.|Personally I have increased my overall fitness and well being using goal setting and business wise instigated the installation of computer software that will benefit everybody in the sales team in my department. I also gained some invaluable knowledge of my departments operation while undertaking my course goals.
