No having been a goal setter previously it was daunting when there was so much focus on this at the Overview. However – by directing me to Focus Goals with their quick achievement I experienced success from the first week which motivated me to look for more. Looking back at my earlies Focus Goals they seem so simple I don’t know why I hadn’t done them earlier, I need the motivation of LMA to achieve practical results.|Addressing my being un organised has been a the improvement needed to move me forward as a leader in our service. Creating a work habit that flows is now very important for me to achieve all that I want from my work.
