I enjoyed the LMA course especially coming to the workshop and being able to interact with the other students on how they are going and what struggles they were facing – that always helped to see other peoples point of views. a measurable result that I am pleased to say was that the state i got the warehouse to before i left and went into another role within the business i think LMA helped me to be able to manage the whole thing a lot better. the only downside was that i changed my job half way through the course and that didnt help with completing my WIN WIN agreement goals.
