I felt interacting with the group during work shops was enjoyable, listening to others experiences is always interesting. It also helped open communication lines between the other departments. Changing chemical companies was an accomplishment, the chemical suppliers had not upgraded in over 9years. Staff input during the time in motion reports were valuable, team members challenged each other, most showing initiative where I had not expected it. Nice surprise.
