I thoroughly enjoyed the course and loved the way Bill kept us engaged by throwing the questions at us, it kept us attentive and responsive. ||I don’t think I ever realised just how important my team was and I understand this sounds ignorant, Bill made me well aware of the importance of my team members, and just how important it is to communicate goals with them and entrust them with new responsibilities. I have become more of a leader in my role rather than just a boss, I have been delegating a lot more effectively with the knowledge I now have and not just “dumping it” – I used to avoid delegation for the fear of losing my importance, however this has now changed as I understand just how much extra time that delegation has given me to work on my HPA’S and to move forward myself.
