The setting and achieving of small obtainable goals has been a huge help in both my work and personal life.|The major goal for me was completing this course because at the start i didn’t think i was going to have enough time to dedicate to doing the course and getting my studies done.|Through goal setting i have achieved a much better work/life balance which has improved my state of mind enormously.
