I really liked doing the time management study.|It was a bit of an eye opener as to where my time was being spent each day.|This tied in really well with my workplace project of getting off the forklift and back in the office by 10am each day allowing me more time to be spent on my HPA.|I also found the daily priority to do list helpfull, such a simple tool that is very effective.
