My personal goal was to get fitter, I have achieved this as I have a much greater stamina than when I started this goal and I have lost a bit of weight as well in the process.||The best bit I took out of the course was to set goals a certain way, e.g. write them down, break it down and put little steps in place against a timeline to slowly but surely achieve these goals.
