I found the course very beneficial as it helped reinforce certain knowledge and behaviours, whilst also challenging myself to look at everything with a different perspective. The group discussions were great to hear the challenges of other work places and utilise their experiences on how they deal with different issues. This course has definitely helped me adapt my style to suit the many varying styles I have to manage when stepping up to Relief Managers, and how to get the best from my consultants.
