The most enjoyable aspect of the course is how during every day activities both at work and during normal family life I can see change within my self in the way I approach and react to difficult situations.|I find myself being a far more confident person who now has the tools to deal with situations that I used to find challenging.|I used to find public speaking a real challenge but after completing this course I now feel much more comfortable and go in prepared.
