I found the course to be very challenging but very rewarding. I have become more focused on outcomes rather than methods used to achieve these outcomes , I have become more adept at delegating tasks to appropriate team members , through using daily prioritised to-do lists I have become more efficient with my time and procrastinate far less than in the past. Through setting focus goals relating to workplace win-win goals ,hence breaking them down into smaller more manageable steps , I have achieved most of my win-win goals , however ,some are still in progress but are definitely attainable
