Overall the course was very helpful in developing a high performance department. |While some of the course content is obvious when reviewing, it clearly explains tips, tricks and includes tools in developing not only myself but overall department performance.|Measurable outcomes which are a direct result of the course content include the course project on how the service team mobilise tooling and equipment, KPI’s and monthly one on one meetings developed to monitor staff performance, greater understanding of mentoring staff, tools and ideas to generate the best performance from department team members, interviewing techniques, how to deal with disciplinary and/or performance issues, how to generate development plans for department.|One of the greatest outcomes of the course was the amount of action items which were generate to improve the performance of the team, while not all of these could be throughly investigated during the course these can continue to be developed after the course finishes
