Having done the certificate 4 in front line management and being inspired to continually challenge myself I wanted to do the next step and do the Diploma. It lived up to my expectations, Not only do you look at the challenge of leadership and what you need to do to become a great leader but also challenges you personally to look inside yourself and grow from self awareness. It also extends to your team and allows them to see the journey you are on and invites then as well.|It allowed me to extend myself in personal projects and achieve a lot more then I thought possible which was the same for my work life enabling for me to take on more by being more organised, looking at LPA and delegation but more importantly to use the stress this situation created to drive better outcomes.|Personally during the course I achieved a front and back garden makeover and extended myself and renovated my main bedroom and ensuite.|In my work life I created focus meeting internally for my opportunities and customer coverage with my team. I applied for management roles within the organisation with the thought of continuous improvement being put in place from customer feedback.|Everything about the LMA Diploma challenged you to drive better outcomes and always look at supplying a ROI on everything you do. To not only grow yourself but your team and show true leadership.
