I enjoyed getting out of the typical working environment and getting to know people across the business. Sharing stories and learning more about other people’s challenges was enlightening and gave me a chance to reflect on my team and the challenges we face together. The course forced me to think about what my talents are and where I want to take them, as well as gaps in my skill set and what I need to develop my leadership abilities. ||I achieved a number of win-win and focus goals during the course, both personally and professionally. I think the greatest change I’ve made since starting the course is my awareness of the impact I make on people around me and how much I have to offer the team. Before this course, I don’t think I saw myself as a leader, but now I do.
