Before starting my wheel I life was work focus only no personal life I was too scared to take a day off and felt my value was of very little use and certainly no manager. I am now much more confident I know I can be a good manager and I have now started on this journey and yes I take up the challenge of leadership; my wheel in life is much more in balance. I now become a goal setter and a delegator. I am excited to go work and achieve my written goals to work through my to do list and found this approach has been carried on into in my personal life. Couple of the ideas I really love and apply, before I react I take the pause and I rather rely on short pencil than a long memory. I have so much to be thankful for, by manager mentor who had the trust and believe in and LMA for opening my eyes. THANK YOU.
