To share with you one Goal I set in the course, it is to delegate tasks to team members in order to spend 5 additional hours on my HPA by the end of this course. It was quite challenged for me because when I just started as team lead, my work load is very heavy plus I did not how to delegate jobs and how to build up a team.||The result is even better than my expectations. For my company, I am actually able to work additional 8 hours per week for HPA. That is approximately 1.5K additional profit to the company. Personally, I don’t have to work late everyday and I could plan my own staff after work during weekdays.
