I have acheived much from this course, my most notable was how to delegate and free up my own time. This has made a massive difference in my day to day achievements and my work load.|Learning about change and how change effects people in the workforce differently has enabled me to work with my team during the large change process we have moved through over the past two years. It enabled me to tackle the challanges given by different team members and allow me to see where we were in the change process, so as not push too hard.
