I started the course as someone who was already goal/outcomes focused, proactive and enjoyed managing change and improvement processes. I was fairly controlled and receptive to the information overload provided by the participants and Jennifer. I loved the interaction and discussions. It didn’t take long for me to “fit in” even though I was probably one of the less outspoken!|The course reinforced my strengthens and provided me with understanding and tools to better interact with people and improve myself.|I love self improvement and learning (though perhaps I can do without the 3 hours sleep on ‘catch up nights’). The course has helped develop the idea that I am a leader and can assist and inspire others. |Will definitely miss the fortnightly sessions with my course participants and Jennifer.
