I believe this course has had a positive effect on my aspirations and improved my confidence levels. I have a achieved a clearer understanding of how to identify my HPA’s and the value and benefits of time management and goal planning. Also this course has broadened my views and understanding on the diversity and cultural dynamics that exist in todays corporate bodies, which should be more of a positive than a negative. I will use most of what I have learnt into my future roles.
