TAFE NSW – NORTHERN SYDNEY INSTITUTE NSW HPM Catherine Diamantes

Setting goals was beneficial and it assisted me to identify a number of potential projects that my team can focus on over the next 12 months. Identifying HPAs was also beneficial and helped to identify what I can delegate so I stay focused on my achieving these.||Overall the course was good and I was able to relate and/or apply some of the skills I learned during the course in the workplace.||I enjoyed the opportunity to network with other work colleagues throughout the course and our LMA conversations in passing.||To be honest the number of assignments did get on top of me at times, trying to juggle a busy and demanding job, family and attending classes was a challenge but I was determined to complete each and every one of them so it also made me consider my own time management. I do have a feeling of achievement for sticking with it and getting to the end.
