The most useful part of this course for me was the first half where I was able to self reflect and identify what it was that was stopping me from achieving my goals. Identifying what motivation was and how to break down goals using the SMART process was invaluable. The concepts for managing a team were useful but as I am currently not in a team leader role is was sometime difficult to fully associate with the concepts.
