My greatest success came from the implementation of my learnings from each module. The content was relevance to my workplace helped me to gain the confidence and skills be an effective leader. The activities and forms were helpful tools to utilise and introduce in the work environment, especially in cases where none were in place.|The successful delivery of my workplace project to meet its objective and purpose was also a great achievement. Challenging myself with this project also gave me confidence in my ability and its ongoing success reinforces this. |This course also gave me the tools and ability to work with the team to challenge, change and improve existing systems and processes. This allowed me the opportunity to coach and mentor and build trusted relationships with team members.
