I really enjoyed the learning environment, the ideas, inspiration and growth achieved from my peers was priceless. Self assessment was a skill that was obtained quickly and supported me in each assessment, it helped me see a different perspective and analysis the situation in the fullest. I was pleased and somewhat surprised with my achievement in the workplace project, I stepped along way outside my comfort zone and challenged myself and my team… of which resulted in growth and confidence of all involved… along with benefits for the company 🙂
