The most success I’ve had out of the course was creating more time to focus on HPA’s but also being able to set even just at the start of each day writing down some form of focus goals. This has improved my time management skills predominantly. I was really pleased with one of my training goals for some staff members before my move to Perth and I think the staff that I performed the training with have benefitted from my extra planning and goals set for the training.
