The LMA course gave me the tools, processes and learning skills I required to improve on the challenges I faced as a manager. By indentifing my HPA and focusing on my win/win goals I have improved my time management skills, identified ways to “push back” and/or delegate work, deal with below the line people, gained confidence in my ablity to lead a specalised team and have a better work/life balance.
