I really enjoyed the project and win/win goals sections of the course. These were directly relevant to my employment and actually increased my productivity and I will continue to set goals for myself and my team members.|To be able to produce a whole new product range for my project and have them being sold and already being installed on homes in Melbourne is a great accomplishment for everybody involved.|My best win/win goal has also enabled Weathertex to win specification on a large 104 townhouse project in Doncaster. This will see more than 3000m2 of cladding be installed on a major development increasing our brand awareness to the market.
