Work based project resulted in a lighting retrofit of 2 facilities and development of a pilot revolving energy fund. ||During the course many workplace situations arose that I was able to apply newly learnt skills including recruitment of staff, training and development plans, staff performance reviews, staff non compliance investigations, team objectives etc||This gave the confidence to proceed through these issues.
